If you should change your mind about your purchase and wish to return it, please contact our customer service team via care@modernismdesigns.com or reply to your Order Confirmation email.

You must contact us within seven (7) business days of receipt of the goods for us to validate your claim. No items may be returned without prior agreement.

For products ordered on this website, Modernism will provide the purchaser with a refund if the following return procedure is followed:

  1. The merchandise must be returned unused, in original condition, with no stickers, labels or writing on the box/s. Stock must be returned in an outer shipping carton with protective foam packaging. 
  2. The merchandise must be returned and received by Modernism within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  3. The merchandise return label must be completed as instructed and affixed to the shipping box and the tracking number emailed to customer service.

You will be refunded the full purchase price of the item minus a 10% restocking fee. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Our simple instructions provide advice on how to wash, dry, polish, and store your crystal products.

To hand wash, use a gentle, non-abrasive dishwashing detergent and warm water. To remove superficial stains, soak your glasses in white wine vinegar. Rinse thoroughly to assure no detergent residue is left as this can interfere with the aroma and taste of wines, beers and other beverages. Dry immediately with a lint-free towel or cloth.

Do not subject glassware to extreme temperature changes as this may cause them to crack or break.
